Description
The Center for Neurodiversity is working to create more sensory-friendly spaces on Rowan's campus. The goal is to create spaces where students can decompress, reset, and recharge. In our spaces, we want to provide useful tools like fidgets, alternative seating, sensory-friendly lighting, and other sensory-friendly items.
In creating equitable and inclusive environments for students, faculty and staff, the Center for Neurodiversity provides programming, research, and community engagement to support meaningful access to higher education and beyond. This project will help expand the Center's reach by creating more accessible, sensory-friendly spaces for students to unwind across campus.
Your support will help create a new sensory room in the Center for Neurodiversity and outfit other campus spaces with sensory-friendly tools.
