Each year, graduating students contribute to the Class Gift campaign, which goes toward scholarships for incoming first-year students—continuing the legacy of what it means to be part of the Rowan community!
Why should I give?
We understand that our students have many financial obligations, but we ask that you consider these reasons for participating in the Class Gift campaign:
Spirit Cords
Graduating students who make a gift of $20.25 or more will receive a spirit cord symbolizing their commitment to future Profs. This year, we encourage you to wear your cord with pride and share a picture on social media using the hashtag #Rowan2025.
Spirit cord pick up:
The first round of spirit cord pick-up will be at the Grad Fair at Barnes & Noble on Rowan Boulevard:
After the main commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 10, you can pick up your cords at the Alumni Engagement tent at the Commencement Celebration.
For questions or concerns, please contact Marium Waqar, Assistant Director of Annual Giving at 856-256-5760 or waqar@rowan.edu.
Make a gift in honor of your graduation year to receive your spirit cords!
