Help Katharine's mother, Joan, honor her daughter's legacy by supporting the Katharine Brower Endowed Scholarship. University Advancement Katharine was an athlete, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and a bright spirit whose drive and compassion touched everyone around her. To honor the incredible legacy she left behind, her parents, Joan and Bill Brower, established the <strong>Katharine Brower Endowed Scholarship Fund.</strong> Their goal is to encourage, advance, empower, and enrich the lives of motivated Rowan University students who aspire to careers in Business, Health Science, or Scientific Research.

Although Kathy passed away from breast cancer more than twenty years ago, the love she inspired continues to shine through this scholarship, touching students’ lives and carrying her impact forward into the community and beyond. Your support will help make the Edelman Fossil Park & Museum accessible to all students! Edelman Fossil Park & Museum Field trips can inspire awe and enrich children's lives by taking them out of familiar surroundings and into new spaces. By connecting classroom learning with real-life experiences, students learn how they can make a difference in their own community.
Currently, more than 210 schools in New Jersey receive Title I funding, but their resources and time for teaching STEM subjects are limited. Even with EFM's discounts for schools and convenient location, <strong>teachers have shared that the number one barrier to field trips is funding for admission and transportation. </strong>
<strong>Supporting this initiative is an investment in making the museum accessible to more students.</strong><strong> </strong>The funds raised through this project will directly support two Title I schools, allowing 50 students from each school to take a field trip to Edelman Fossil Park & Museum.

Help Rowan EWB restore the Sanctuary of Hope facilities in Kensington. Engineers Without Borders <strong>Ministerio Jesus Liberacion</strong> is a church in the heart of the <strong>Kensington </strong>community that serves its neighbors with compassion. Though this area is known for rampant drug abuse, <strong>Rowan Engineers Without Borders</strong> <strong>(EWB)</strong> visited and saw hope beyond the poverty.
<strong>The church provides meals, clothing, and a safe place to rest.</strong> Yet it needs urgent repairs to sustain its mission, including ceiling repair, new carpet, repainting, and more.
The current estimated expenses are approximately $3,000 to repair the ceiling, install carpet, and repaint the walls. However, Rowan EWB recently learned of an <strong>additional urgent need:</strong> <strong>repairing the church kitchen</strong>, where meals are prepared each week for the Kensington community.
<strong>Rowan EWB humbly seeks support to restore this sanctuary and strengthen its local impact.</strong>

Belonging & Student Engagement Housed in the Center for Belonging & Student Engagement (BSE), the <strong>Gender Affirming Wardrobe</strong> is a free resource where Rowan students can access clothing and gender-affirming items that align with their identity and expression.
The wardrobe serves all students, including a significant number of cisgender and international students, who seek access to inclusive and affirming resources.
The BSE Gender Affirming Wardrobe provides: <ul><li>Clothing and shoes in all sizes and styles </li><li>Accessories and makeup </li><li>Gender-affirming items like binders, trans tape, and tuck-it kits </li></ul>
Everything is free, made possible by donor support. More than a closet, it’s a space where students feel seen and supported.

Your gift will help Rowan's Model Diplomacy Organization achieve its goal of attending two Spring conferences. Model Diplomacy Organization The National Model Arab League and the Johns Hopkins Model United Nations are two annual conferences that bring together college students from across the country to discuss real-world global issues, represent countries in diplomatic simulations, and practice negotiation, leadership, and public speaking skills.
Attending these conferences will provide our members with hands-on experience in international relations and help strengthen Rowan’s presence in national academic diplomatic circles.
<strong>Funds raised through this project will </strong><strong>be allocated toward travel, lodging, and registration fees for participating students, making these conferences accessible to as many interested students in international diplomacy as possible.</strong><strong> </strong>
Previously, students spent a significant amount of money out of pocket to ensure that all interested students had a chance to attend.
