With a gift of $75 (or more), you can honor one of the 90 students in the Class of 2030 with a personalized note. Your message will be tucked inside their stethoscope box, and the student will receive it at the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine’s Welcome Ceremony.

This special milestone marks the official start of their veterinary journey. Each student will be presented with a stethoscope, symbolizing their commitment to animal health, compassionate care, and life-long learning—celebrating both their achievements and the support that helped them get here.

Your gift will directly impact future veterinarians through the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine General Scholarship, providing much-needed scholarship support to help them succeed.

Who can send a note?

Anyone! Parents, family members, friends, mentors, faculty/staff, and community supporters are all welcome to participate.

Don't know any incoming students?

You can still show your support by sending an undesignated note! Your note will be given to a student who might not otherwise receive a special message.

Is a donation required?

Yes, with a gift of $75 (or more), you can send a personalized note to a student.

What does my gift support?

Your gift directly supports the SSVM General Scholarship, helping veterinary students start their journey with the support they need.

How do I send my note?

It's easy! Click the link, make your $75 donation, and type your message in the space provided. Each donation includes one personalized note.

What should I write?

Write a message from the heart. Share your pride, encouragement, advice, or a meaningful memory. 

How long can my note be?

Notes may be up to 600 characters long, including spaces. Messages exceeding this limit will not be included in the final note.

Can I include emojis?

To ensure readability, please avoid using emojis and special characters in your notes.

What is the deadline?

Please submit your gift and message by Monday, August 10, to ensure your student receives it at the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine Class Welcome Ceremony. Any notes received after that date cannot be guaranteed to be delivered at the ceremony.
